1. Copyright Policy
ActorBook Studio respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. Submitting a DMCA Notice
A valid notice should include:
- Signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located.
- Your contact information (address, phone, and email).
- A good-faith statement that use is not authorized.
- A perjury statement that your notice is accurate and authorized.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including your signature, identification of removed material, a good-faith statement of mistake, and consent to jurisdiction as required by the DMCA.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with DMCA § 512(i)(1)(A), ActorBook Studio will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of third-party copyrights. A user may be identified as a repeat infringer upon receipt of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices or other evidence of repeated infringement. Termination determinations are made at our reasonable discretion.
